Job Description
As a Credit Analyst at Gradetec South Africa, you will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of existing and prospective clients by reviewing financial data, payment histories, and market trends. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to recommend credit limits, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to maintain healthy client relationships and support the company’s financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Examine and interpret financial statements, credit reports, and other data to assess clients’ creditworthiness.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on lending decisions, recommending risk mitigation strategies.
- Credit Recommendations: Propose appropriate credit limits and terms to management, ensuring alignment with company policies and market conditions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed credit analysis reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and other internal teams to streamline credit approval processes and resolve client issues.
- Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing credit-related inquiries and ensuring prompt communication.
Requirements
- Education :Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
- Experience :1-3 Yrs
